The TL8 Gaming Philosophy

• TL8 was started by Experienced IT Professionals who are interested in focusing their talents and skill sets in the computer entertainment industry.
• We are NOT offering monetary compensated positions, but rather, the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals who would like to break into the computer gaming market.
• If computer gaming is a hobby and passion for you and you have skill sets that would be useful in bringing gaming products to market - then you have found a home.
• TL8 will be developing a few gaming ideas over the next 18 months, with the intent that one or more of these ideas will be marketable.  Once an idea has a very real possibility to generate income, that idea will be spawned off into a separate company sponsored by TL8, LLC.  Ownership in the new company will be divided among the individuals who have “productive” contributions to the idea.
• TL8 hopes by using this method, we can attract individuals who would love to spend some of their hobby time to develop exciting and potentially profitable computer entertainment products.
